How YMLiveLink Works with Facebook

The goal of this page is to present important information about how YMLiveLink interacts directly with the Facebook API video transmition platform.

Essentially, YMLiveLink is a free tool that uses Facebook Graph API to directly generate the RTMPS address for posting a live video to streaming software solutions (for example: OBS, VMIX, VideoLive). You will just log in to your Facebook account, list your pages, and be able to generate the live-streaming post and get the RTMP link address.
After you made the log in process, just choose the page you want to post live video and enter the title and description. Then just click on "Start Live" to generate the link and the post to the Facebook platform.

The authentication process of YMLiveLink is very simple: YMLiveLink will open Facebook's interface, where you will be able to see and provide authorization for the permissions needed to make the post and RTMP link. Every connection made by YMLiveLink to your Facebook account will be confirmed by this interface.



To connect the application, you must click on Facebook logo button with "Login Facebook" message at the top of the application. Login to your Facebook account and you can give the authorization for the specific permissions needed by the application. In the first time that YMLiveLink accesses your Facebook account you will be prompted to allow YMLiveLink App to access your account. Besides that, you will be able to review the all information that is accessed by YMLiveLink.
